Guest comment : If you were older / had walking difficulties getting back up the hill may pose some problems but for me it was fine..
Recommendation : The Glen Apartments are situated on a steep hill approximately 390 m from Camps Bay Beach, for older of less active guests we do recommend using a taxi service to and from the Camps Bay Promenade. This service can be booked through reception.
Guest comment : We had no particular views from our room.
Recommendation : Not all units are sea facing, some have only partial sea views, we recommend confirming the apartment classification when making a reservation.
Guest comment : The office staff was friendly but the office closed early and there were no phones in the room.
Recommendation : Our reception with guest computer, printing and internet access is available, 7 days a week from 07:00 - 20:00. There are no phones in our apartments and we do recommend renting a mobile phone prior to arrival, this can be done at Cape Town International Airport, or our reception staff can assist with local service providers.
Guest comment : There is no 24 hour reception service and we had to ask the security guard who could not help.
Recommendation : There is an all hours number for guests to call at any time for questions or any problems. The Guests service files contains all emergency numbers(Police, Doctor, Ambulance and Security services). The files also include contact numbers for Management of the Glen Apartments, taxis & transport services, restaurants & shops in Camps Bay.
