Guests are checked-in across the road from The Glen Apartments at Camps Bay Retreat. The reception is open 7 days a week from 06h30 to 23h00. Camps Bay Retreat reception number 021 437 8300.

Concierge service
A full concierge service is available at Camps Bay Retreat reception, where friendly and knowledgeable staff will assist with information and bookings regarding tours and attractions, airport transfers and car hire.

Popular tours include, shark cage diving, Robben Island, wine tours and Cape Point.

The security of our guests is vital to us, therefore we offer the following features to ensure our guest a peaceful stay:

Housekeeping
Housekeeping is overseen by Supervisor Beauty, her dedicated team provides daily (Mon-Sun) refresh service as well as linen and towel change every third day. (On Public holidays, housekeeping can be arranged on request, at an extra charge.)

Guest Amenities
The Glen Apartments' guest amenities include; Ceylon Tea / Rooibos Tea, Ground Coffee Bags, White / Brown Sugar, Canderel Sweetner, Milk Sachets and Coffee. Bathroom amenities includes Shower Gel, Shampoo and Soap.

Personal laundry
Guests have the use of a personal laundry service. Laundry bags and laundry lists are supplied.
