Reception
The Glen Apartments has a reception area, located on the premises with friendly and professional staff who meet guests on arrival, assist with check-in and concierge services, including booking tours, airport transfers and car hire. The reception is equipped with a guest computer.

The security of our guests is vital to us, therefore

Housekeeping
A dedicated team provides daily (Mon-Sun) refresh service as well as linen and towel change every third day. (On Public holidays, housekeeping can be arranged on request, at an extra charge.)
Personal laundry
Guests have the use of a personal laundry service. Laundry bags and laundry lists are supplied.
Guest Amenities
All guests are pampered by a luxury range of guest amenities, for your convenience we supply all the basic toiletries and necessities for the first night of stay. Our collection of Eco-friendly Rooibos products compliments our wonderfully furnished and equipped apartments.
Personal shopping
To make guests arrival as seamless as possible, we can assist with stocking their apartments with a choice of groceries and personal necessities, the service is at an additional charge and must be arranged prior to arrival.
